There are usually one or more clinker scales in cement batching scales, the temperature of which is greater than 150°C, and some even exceed 200°C. Although many cement companies have bought high-temperature resistant tapes, they often have short service life and poor results. Many cement companies cannot support the 60-day service life of high-temperature belts. Our country has special regulations for high temperature resistant conveyor tape. According to the "GB/T20021-2005" standard, the heat resistance of heat resistant tape is divided into 4 grades, namely: T1- T4, T1 heat resistance 100℃, T2 heat resistance 125℃, T3 heat-resistant 150℃, T4 heat-resistant 175℃. Usually the heat-resistant T3 grade has a warranty period of 180 days, and the T4 grade has a 90-day warranty. At present, the high temperature resistant ring tape generally used in the market is T4 grade. In order to prolong the service life of high temperature tape, tape manufacturers often thicken the working surface adhesive layer and thicken the canvas core layer to resist high temperature with thickness. Therefore, the thickness of the high-temperature ring-shaped tape generally reaches 12-13 mm. The high-temperature-resistant endless tape is made of super thick thickness. Although the existing old-structured endless tape has a certain effect, the use of old materials and the old construction method can never change the short life of the high-temperature tape. Because high temperature accelerates the aging of the rubber skin and also accelerates the aging of the canvas core layer, the increase in thickness has little effect on extending the service life of the tape. The main disadvantages of the existing high temperature resistant annular tape are
