The China Rubber Industry Association is scheduled to hold the 2013 National Rubber Industry Information Conference and the first Asian Rubber Technology Forum in Changsha, Hunan, on October 22-25. 　　 In 2013, the economies of Europe, America and Japan gradually recovered and stabilized.
