"Quick Change Seamless Conveyor Belt Connector" is a new rubber conveyor belt joint method developed by our company. It is a major reform of the belt joint. It has the obvious advantages of fast installation, high strength, low consumption and long life.
This product is an invention patent, patent number: ZL200610053597.1, which was formally approved in July 2012 and became a project supported by the National Innovation Fund! Project name: Fast and seamless connection of long-life conveyor belt joint mechanism.
The overall structure of the joint sleeve: the open left and right groove sleeves of the joint sleeve are located on both sides of the joint body and form an integral connection structure with the joint body; the joint body of the conveyor belt joint is a tenon structure and is similar to the open left and right groove sleeves match.
New joint method: the two ends of the conveyor belt are connected with a tenon with a length of about 100mm in the original base belt core layer, and the two sides of the tenon are painted with conveyor belt cold glue joint adhesive (chloroprene rubber), and then inserted into the groove sleeve Inside. After bonding, use special "internal thread tape fixing screws" for secondary reinforcement according to the holes on the joint sleeve. The special screws are positioned and tightened, and the concave and convex tenon are fixed and integrated to complete the joint. In order to prevent the edge warping of the joint sleeve during operation, a row of "barbed sealing nails" or sealing glue can be knocked on the edge of the joint.
This product is suitable for use in the production areas of our company's conveyor belts, especially for locations where the on-site environmental space is small, and the slope and high step area are unfavorable for the mechanics to operate.
