With the application of steel wire rope lifting tape in cement companies as vertical lifting materials, it has achieved good results in high efficiency, energy saving and cost reduction for the cement industry. However, while it is well received by users, it still has the shortcoming of short service life, especially for high-temperature tapes. During use, there are often problems such as breakage of joints, hoppers falling off, early aging, and deviation. How to solve these problems has become the key to extending the service life of the tape.

When the user chooses an inappropriate heat resistance grade, it often leads to premature aging of the tape.
At present, the best rubber variety recognized at home and abroad is "EPDM" rubber. From the performance analysis of rubber types, "EPDM" rubber can be used for 50 months at a constant temperature within 120 degrees Celsius. However, it is very difficult to bond this kind of rubber to the steel wire rope, so most of the high temperature resistant steel wire rope lifting tapes on the market today use "styrene butadiene" rubber or "chloroprene" rubber as the main production material, so when the temperature reaches a constant temperature of 150 degrees Celsius At the same time, the service life of the tape is even difficult to support 6 months.
