Heat resistance grade of wire rope lifting belt

Most users have a better understanding of the four heat resistance levels of tapes, namely: T1 type resistance is not more than 100 degrees, T2 type resistance is not more than 125 degrees, T3 type resistance is not more than 150 degrees, and T4 type resistance is not more than 175 degrees. Without knowing the details, I mistakenly thought that this is also the heat resistance level of the steel wire rope lifting tape. In fact, these four heat resistance levels refer to the conveyor tape. The use environment of wire rope lifting tape is very different from that of conveyor belts.

Wire rope lifting tape usually operates in a sealed manner. The temperature of the material plus the heat generated by the friction of the tape is not easy to dissipate. Therefore, the temperature of the tape is generally the same as or slightly higher than the temperature of the material.
 
For example, T2: It is suitable for materials temperature ≤80℃ when heat-resistant 125℃ is used for lifting. T3: The temperature of the material is less than or equal to 120℃ when the heat resistance is 150 degrees.
 
When the user chooses an improper heat resistance level, it often leads to premature aging of the tape and short service life.
